Self-service copiers in Mullins Library require Razorbuck$. One copier accepts coins and dollar bills.

A Value Transfer Station (VTS), which allows users to add value to their Razorbuck$ cards, has been installed in the Copy Room. Using the VTS, you may add value to your Razorbuck$ account. The Law Library also has a VTS. Departmental cards are available through the Campus Card Office.

 

Copiers in Mullins Library

The Copy Room (Room 221, inside the Lindley and Kaneaster Hodges, Jr., Reading Room) is the primary location. Assistance in the use of the copiers, the clearing of jams, and refilling of paper is provided through the Periodicals Desk (575-5312).

Copier Locations

  • Lobby Level - 4 in the Copy Room on the main floor, inside the Lindley and Kaneaster Hodges, Jr., Reading Room
  • 4th floor - 1 near the circular stairs

Coin-operated Copier

Change is returned from the copier when dollar bills and coins other than exact change are used. The coin-operated copier is in the copy room on the Lobby Level.

Prices and Sizes

  • Coin-operated copiers: $.15 for 8.5" x 11" and 11" x 17" copies
  • Card-operated copiers: $.12 for 8.5" x 11" and 11" x 17" copies
  • Two-side copies can be made. The cost of a single copy is charged for each side.
  • Legal-size copies are not available.

Digital Image from Scanned Microfiche or Microfilm

Several microform readers are availabl. Four are connected to computers with software that can save images in digital formats. Once scanned, the image may be sent to an e-mail address or saved to a CD or jumpdrive.

Guest Copy Cards

Guest Copy Cards may be purchased from the VTS in the Copy Room. The initial deposit required is $1 - $.50 pays for the cost of the card and a value of $.50 is available for copying. Additional value can be added in denominations of $1, $5, $10 and $20. We recommend you put no more than $20 on a Guest Copy Card at once. If your card is lost or stolen, contact the Campus Card Office (575-7563) right away to report it.

Supplies

A paper cutter and a three-hole punch are kept in the Copy Room. Staplers are kept at the Periodicals Desk. General school supplies such as pencils, pens, white out, clips, scissors, etc. are not supplied by the library.

For help with copiers, microform readers, or the VTS, ask at the Periodicals Desk or call 575-5312. Refunds are not provided by the library. If you lose money in the coin-operated copier, go to the Union Copy Center for help. It is in Arkansas Union 213. Phone 575-6832.
